Backups you’ve actually restored. Credentials that can’t reach what they shouldn’t.
Twenty years of IT infrastructure and low-voltage systems work, applied to modern cloud and on-premise operations. We don’t declare a system recoverable until we’ve recovered it.
What we do
| Service | What you get | Launch price |
|---|---|---|
| Backup & Recovery Setup | Encrypted off-site backups in storage you own; roles and configuration captured, not just data; a real restore test with a written receipt; retention and freshness alerts. | $1,500–3,500 |
| Disaster-Recovery Drill | Isolated restore and application start test, written results, gap list, key-escrow runbook so losing a site doesn’t mean losing the business. | $750–1,500 |
| Security Hardening Sprint | Least-privilege credentials and deploy keys, log sanitization, access inventory, rotation plan, alerting that reaches a person. | quoted |
| Deployment & Systems Integration | Service deployment, container operations, monitoring and runbooks; connecting business systems reliably. | quoted |
| Technology Operations Support | Ongoing monitoring, patching coordination, backup verification, monthly report. | from $300 / month |
Launch prices: fixed scope, quoted in writing before work starts. Third-party usage (phone, SMS, hosting, ad spend) is paid by you at cost. Larger projects are quoted after a discovery conversation.
Six machines, eleven databases, one afternoon of truth.
For our related company NextBid we recovered source code from four PCs and two cloud servers to private repositories, restored every production database in isolation (the largest 15.5 GB), put encrypted off-site backups with weekly automated restore tests in place, replaced a master-level storage key with per-machine restricted keys, and built four-state monitoring that distinguishes “healthy” from “can’t be checked.” Details in the case study.
When did you last restore a backup?
If the honest answer is “never,” start with a recovery drill.
