What Makes Ours Different

Reliability is the product.

1

Nothing gets lost

Every event is recorded before it’s processed. If your CRM is down, the lead waits and is finished later — never dropped, never duplicated.

2

Consent built in

Follow-ups only after a customer opts in. STOP always wins. Your approval before any message goes out.

3

Tested like it’s live

We inject failures and restarts before you rely on it. Our own demonstration workflow, run on synthetic data, passed all 8 acceptance checks, including simulated outages it recovered from.

4

You own it

Your accounts, your numbers, your CRM, your workflow files. Our access is revocable; the documentation is yours.

Platforms we work in today: n8n, Zapier, Make, HubSpot, Google Workspace & Sheets, Twilio/Telnyx, Dialpad. Platform-specific claims are added only after we’ve delivered on them.

Straight Talk

What we’re responsible for — and what we’re not.

Automations run on services you own: your phone system, your CRM, your AI provider, your internet connection. Here is where the line sits. The full version is in our Service Terms & Limitations.

Keystone Advantage is responsible for

  • Building what the written scope says, in accounts you own
  • Testing it end to end, including failure cases, before handover
  • Documentation and a walkthrough so your team can run it
  • Fixing defects in our delivered work for 30 days after acceptance
  • Monitoring, alerts and fixes under a Managed Automation Support agreement, if you have one

Outside our control (and not our liability)

  • Your internet, power, devices or phone carrier going down
  • Your AI, CRM, texting or other provider changing pricing, limits or features, suspending an account, or running out of credits or tokens
  • Subscriptions, API keys or payment methods that lapse
  • Changes made to the workflow by you or a third party after handover
  • The content and recipients of messages your business sends; consent and compliance rules apply to you as the sender

When we notice a stopped workflow we tell you, and under a support agreement we fix what is ours and tell you exactly what to do about the rest.

Have a workflow that should run itself?

Tell us the task you keep doing by hand. We’ll tell you whether automation is worth it.
